BASE Environmental Group was formed with a mission to provide superior quality energy, environmental, construction, and industrial services to the energy industry, engineering firms, and Fortune 500 companies in the Appalachian Basin. BASE Environmental Group personnel have over 40 years experience managing a variety of remediation and construction projects for chemical companies, natural gas transmission and production companies, consulting firms, and manufacturing facilities. Our scope of services ranges from simple underground storage tank removal projects to multi-state/multi-media programs involving federal administrative orders with the United State Environmental Protection Agency.
The principals at BASE Environmental come from the energy industry, and this experience gives us an inside perspective on the issues faced by the industry as well as a practical sense of managing those issues.

BASE Environmental is headquartered in Nitro, West Virginia. Nitro is within a 250 mile radius (5 hour drive) of major eastern and mid western cities, including Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Washington, D.C. Baltimore, Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Toledo, Lexington, Louisville, Indianapolis, Charlotte, Raleigh Durham, Erie, Richmond, and Nashville.
